Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition
- Products must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
- Custom-made, special-order, final sale, clearance, or discontinued items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Installed, modified, or damaged products not caused by shipping
- Items returned without original packaging
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email address] with:

- Photos of the damage and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the matter through replacement, repair, or refund when applicable.

Once your return request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to certain returned items, especially large, fragile, or special-order lighting products.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchange requests, please contact us directly.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped or entered production.
Special-order or custom items cannot be canceled once production has started.
